Today is the last day of Fashion Week here in NYC this week and even though they’re showing fall for next year, it collection from TSE seems just perfect for the cold blast that we have hitting us this week. Plus, I cant resist a nubbly grey jumper- ever.

Last night was full of wonderful excitement. Rob and I had a lovely and romantic Valentine’s dinner, and then ran home to watch the Westminster Dog Show. Monday night was filled with real excitement when the Wirehaired Doxie won the hound group. We were super hopeful that for the first time ever a wire would win Best in Show. Sadly it wasnt ment to be- Malachy- the Pekingese won. And he was pretty amazing. BUT, I cant not give big props and shout outs to Cinders the wire. Her full name is GCH Raydachs Playing With Fire V Gleishorbach SW!! And if I know anything about wires, she’s a spitfire!
Let’s hope she comes back next year better than this.

Robert’s neice Maddy is coming for a sleepover this weekend, and we’ve got big plans. In addition to getting our nails done, having a tea party and making super hero masks, we’re making cupcakes. I’ve got some hot pink and gold sprinkles stashed in the cupboard just waiting for such an occasion.
I remember making ice-cream cupcakes as a little girl and I LOVED them. So I’m thinking these may be fun. I’ll keep you posted on the results.
